RETURNING TICKETS

The return or cancellation of online purchased tickets is not possible. There is no refund or compensation.

CANCELLATION

If the screening has been moved or canceled, you are entitled to a refund of the purchase amount. 

E-TICKETS

After purchasing your card (s) online you will receive a so-called e-ticket. This e-ticket is your entrance ticket.
